The purpose of this research is to examine the effectiveness solution-focused group counseling program aimed at increasing self-control levels university students. an experimental study with experimental-control pre-test, post-test and follow-up measurement design. consisted 26 Within scope research, 13 students were randomly assigned control group. In in given 6 sessions (each session between 90-120 minutes one day a week) psychological once week. No studies conducted on study, “Self-Control Scale” “Personal Information Form” used as data collection tools. Mann Whitney U Test Wilcoxon Signed Rank analysis data. As result it was determined that more effective than self-control. addition, maintained test performed end three months.
